• Representatives of schools or organisations creating accounts to engage our services.

You confirm that you are over 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement.

2. Nature of our services

Peaceful Avenue provides mentoring, guidance and life‑skills support. Our services:

• Are educational and developmental in nature.
• Do not replace medical, psychiatric, emergency or statutory social‑care services.
• May work alongside other professionals involved with your child.

We do not provide crisis or emergency services. If you are worried about immediate risk to a child or anyone else, you must contact emergency services or relevant crisis support.

3. Your responsibilities

By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, up‑to‑date information about yourself and your child.
• Inform us of any significant changes (for example, safeguarding concerns, involvement of other services).
• Attend scheduled sessions on time, or give reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule (in line with our cancellation policy).

Use any online platform or resources respectfully, and not to share offensive, discriminatory or harmful content.
